Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with Neck King®.

If it does not meet your expectations, and you have purchased Neck King from directly from our website, please follow these instructions within 30 days from the date of shipment to insure a refund:

  1. Call Customer Service at (732) 222-6878 and you will be issued a RA Number. PLEASE obtain a RA Number before sending back any product.
  2. Include a note stating your name, address, order number, and reason for return. Include the RA Number in the note, along with a copy of your shipping receipt.
  3. Using an appropriate box, return package via insured US Mail, UPS or FedEx.
  4. Send returns to: SuperFit Therapy, 400 West Columbus Place, Long Branch, NJ 07740
  5. PLEASE keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit.

All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) printed on the outside of the shipping box. If we don’t see a RA Number, the box will be returned to you at your expense.
